No, you don’t have to: Many people prefer to join sessions, but not hosting them. That’s totally fine.

That’s up to you: Some people bring nothing but a question they want to discuss. For example: “What are your best practices for discoveries?”

If you want, however, you can also prepare slides. Or bring paper and crayons. Or sticky notes. Anything you want, really.

45 minutes. Often, sessions are split into two parts: 30 minutes of the host talking and 15 minutes of Q&A – but: You are the camp! Some sessions are simply group discussions around a question, some are more like hands-on workshop.

As a host, you can decide this for your session. English, of course, is more inclusive – but if you don’t feel comfortable doing your session in English, German is fine, too.
